Eligibility and Accounts

• You must meet the minimum legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.

Acceptable Use

• Do not post unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not harass, impersonate, or spam other users.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

Moderation and Enforcement

Papel may remove content and take enforcement actions (including account restrictions or termination) for violations of these terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Downloads, paid features, or subscriptions, if offered, are handled through Apple's App Store systems. Refunds and billing are handled under Apple's policies.

Website Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a specific date. We may email you about Papel launch updates, early access, and important product changes.

Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account in app settings. Termination may also occur for policy violations.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
